IN SHORT

Child Safety Standards, summarised

Phizley, published by Jiwesh Singh, prohibits all child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and solicitation.

Report child-safety concerns to the Phizley Safety Team at support@phizley.com or through the in-app report tools. Do not copy or forward suspected illegal material.

Violating content is removed, accounts are disabled, evidence is preserved where required, and reports are made to the appropriate authorities when applicable.

1Zero tolerance for CSAE

Phizley, published on Google Play by Jiwesh Singh, strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every part of the service. This prohibition applies to profiles, images, video, audio calls, messages, posts, comments, links, and attempts to move prohibited activity off the platform.

Phizley is an adults-only service. Users must be at least 18 years old. The age restriction does not reduce our duty to prevent, detect, remove, and report child-safety violations.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, computer-generated, or illustrated material.
Grooming, sexualisation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
Sharing, requesting, offering, linking to, promoting, or possessing content that sexually exploits a child.
Threats, jokes, role-play, or coded language that facilitates or normalises the sexual exploitation of children.
2Report a child-safety concern

Our designated child-safety contact is the Phizley Safety Team at support@phizley.com. Use the subject “Child Safety” and include the username, content or conversation involved, approximate time, and any other details that can help us locate the material. Do not download, forward, or create copies of suspected CSAM to make a report.

Users can also report a profile, message, post, comment, or call from the relevant in-app menu and can block an account immediately. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

3How Phizley responds
Child-safety reports receive the highest moderation priority and are reviewed by a trained member of the safety team.
We remove violating content and suspend or permanently disable accounts involved in CSAE activity.
We preserve relevant account and technical records when required for investigation and lawful reporting.
We report apparent CSAM and child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or designated reporting organisations when required by applicable law, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
We take steps to prevent repeat offenders from returning, while protecting reporters and affected users from retaliation.
4Moderation and prevention

Phizley combines user reports, blocking tools, automated content safeguards, account review, and human moderation. Safety controls are applied across chat, calling, profiles, and user-created media.

No safety system is perfect. We regularly review reports, enforcement outcomes, and product controls so that emerging child-safety risks can be addressed promptly.

5Scope and enforcement

These standards apply worldwide to every Phizley user, host, contractor, and employee. They also apply to conduct connected to Phizley even when a user attempts to continue it through another app or service.

A violation may result in immediate content removal, restriction, permanent account termination, preservation of evidence, and a report to law enforcement or child-protection organisations. Serious child-safety action does not require a prior warning.
