1The short version

phizley is for adults, 18 and over, who want to talk to other adults. Be someone people are glad they picked up for.

Everything below follows from three things: everyone here chose to be here, everyone here is an adult, and nobody consented to what happens after the call ends.

2Absolutely not — immediate, permanent removal

These end an account on the first instance, without warning. Where the law requires it, we also report to the authorities.

Any sexual content involving anyone under 18, or appearing to. Any attempt to contact, groom or solicit a minor. We report this to law enforcement and preserve the evidence.
Being under 18 yourself. If you are not an adult, this is not a service you may use.
Prostitution, escort services, or offering or requesting sexual services for money.
Trafficking, coercion, or any indication that someone is on a call against their will.
Threats of violence, or content encouraging suicide or self-harm.
Recording, screenshotting or redistributing someone's call or private content without their consent. This includes threatening to do so.
Sharing sexual images of someone without their consent, including images of an ex-partner.
3Not allowed — warning, suspension or removal
Nudity or sexual content directed at someone who has not agreed to receive it. Ask first, and accept no as the answer.
Harassment: repeated unwanted contact, insults, sexual pressure, or following someone across the app after they have blocked you.
Hate speech, or attacks based on race, caste, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or illness.
Impersonating someone else, or using photos that are not of you.
Asking to move payment off phizley, or asking anyone to pay you directly. This is how people get scammed, and it is not something we can protect you from once it happens.
Sharing anyone's private information — phone number, address, workplace, or anything else — without their permission.
Spam, promotion of other services, or bulk-messaging strangers.
Using bots, scripts or multiple accounts to game calls, ratings or earnings.
4For hosts

Being a host is a job people are paying you for, and how you treat that is what keeps this working.

Be who your profile says you are. Your photos should be of you, and your description should be accurate.
Rates are visible before a call starts. Do not press for more once a call is in progress, and never ask for payment outside the app.
If you set yourself available, be available. Repeatedly accepting calls and immediately dropping them is treated as manipulation of the earnings system.
You can end any call at any time and block anyone, for any reason. You are never required to do anything you are not comfortable with, and no amount of coins changes that.
Report anyone who pressures you. It will not count against your standing.
5For members
Hosts are people doing a job, not a service you have bought unlimited rights to. Paying for a call buys the call.
Check the rate before you connect. It is shown on the profile and confirmed before the call starts.
No means no, immediately, whether or not you paid.
If a call goes wrong, end it and report it. You will not be penalised for ending a call.
6Reporting

Every profile, message and call has a report option. Reports go to our moderation team and are reviewed within 24 hours.

Blocking someone is immediate and does not wait for a review. A blocked user cannot call you, message you, or see your profile, and is not told they were blocked.

For anything urgent — a threat, or a situation where someone may be in danger — email safety@phizley.com. For anything involving a minor, email support@phizley.com; those reports are treated as the highest priority and actioned ahead of everything else.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We can act on an account; we cannot send help.

7How enforcement works

We use two mechanisms. Content is filtered automatically before it is published — messages, captions, comments, names and bios are checked against prohibited patterns and refused if they match. Separately, a human reviews reports and the records the filter generates.

Automated filtering blocks content; it does not by itself suspend an account. Suspensions and removals are decided by a person, except where the category is one of the immediate-removal items above.

First-time, lower-severity breaches usually get a warning and the content removed.
Repeated or more serious breaches get a temporary suspension.
Anything in the immediate-removal list, or a pattern of behaviour after a suspension, gets a permanent ban.
Bans apply to the person, not just the account. Creating a new account to evade a ban is itself a breach.
8Appeals

If we got it wrong, tell us. Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@phizley.com with your registered number and what happened. We acknowledge within 24 hours and decide within 15 days.

A different person reviews an appeal than the one who made the original decision. If we were wrong, we restore the account and anything that was removed with it.

9Changes

These guidelines change as the service and its problems change. Material changes are announced in the app. Last updated 1 August 2026.
