You must be at least 18 years old to accept this agreement and to use phizley. By using the app you confirm that you are.

You agree not to submit, transmit, display or share any content that is objectionable, and not to behave abusively toward any other user. Objectionable content and abusive behaviour include, without limitation:
We provide a way to report objectionable content and to block abusive users from inside the app. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. Content that violates this agreement is removed, and the accounts responsible are suspended or permanently terminated.
We also filter content automatically before it is published. Content matching prohibited patterns is refused at the point of submission.
We may terminate your account without notice and without refund of any unspent coins if you breach this section. For child safety violations, termination is immediate and permanent, and we report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use phizley on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the usage rules of the app store you obtained it from.
You keep ownership of everything you create and post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service — delivering your messages, showing your posts to the people you shared them with, and similar.
That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we are required to retain a record for legal or safety reasons as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you post. You confirm you have the rights to post it and that it does not breach this agreement or anyone else's rights.
phizley connects you with other adults for conversation. We do not employ, supervise, endorse, or vouch for any user, and we are not a party to what is said or agreed between you.
We may monitor, review or record calls where necessary for safety, quality or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy. That is our right as the operator; it is not yours as a participant. Recording another participant yourself, without their consent, breaches this agreement and may be a criminal offence where you live.
You may end any call at any time, block any user, and report anyone whose behaviour breaches this agreement.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calls will always connect. Call quality depends on your network and your device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or the conduct of other users.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one thousand rupees.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, and have no obligation to provide support for it.
Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty and you obtained it from the App Store, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this agreement, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.
Sections covering your content licence, coins, no warranty, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. The courts at TODO — City, TODO — State have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
