Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of phizley, operated by Phizley Technologies Private Limited, registered at TODO — Registered office address line 1, TODO — Address line 2, TODO — City, TODO — State TODO — PIN, India.

They work alongside our End User Licence Agreement, Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. Where the EULA and these terms conflict on a licensing matter, the EULA applies.

Effective from 1 August 2026.

phizley runs on coins. You buy coins through the App Store or Google Play, and spend them on calls, messages and premium content.

Hosts are independent users who choose to receive paid calls. Hosts are not our employees, agents, or contractors, and nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship.

When a member spends coins on a call with you as host, you earn a share of those coins, converted to money at the rate published in the app. Your current rate, your balance, and every transaction behind it are visible in the Earnings section of the app.

phizley is a platform that connects adults for conversation. We are an intermediary as defined in the Information Technology Act, 2000, and we do not initiate, select the receiver of, or modify the content of the communications passing through the service.

We do not employ, endorse, supervise or guarantee any user. Conversations are between the participants. We are not responsible for what another user says or does, though we will act on reports under our Community Guidelines.

We may monitor, review or record calls where it is necessary for safety, quality or legal compliance. We do not do this routinely — most calls are never recorded — but you should treat it as possible rather than assume otherwise. Our Privacy Policy sets out how long a recording is kept and who can see it.

We may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently terminate an account that breaches these terms, the EULA, or the Community Guidelines. For serious breaches — child safety above all — we act immediately and without notice.

If you believe we acted wrongly, write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@phizley.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and decide within 15 days.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, or from our website. Unspent coins are forfeited on deletion, and unwithdrawn cleared earnings are paid out where we are able to do so.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects you — a change to the revenue share, to coin pricing, or to these terms — we will notify you in the app before it takes effect.

Continuing to use phizley after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

The limitations of liability and disclaimers of warranty in the End User Licence Agreement apply to these terms and are incorporated here by reference.

Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at TODO — City, TODO — State have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
